A page for posts about my health journey! This page will include posts about weight loss, running, working out, and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But I’ll keep yoga posts separate.

Before I was a mom, I was unhealthy. After I became a mom I changed my lifestyle…a bunch of times. I started with a couple fitness classes, tried low carb, ate everything in sight and gained all the weight back. Got into running, lost weight, gained weight, stopped eating sugar, then ate lots of cake. I quit drinking soda (haven’t gone back on that one), started eating clean, started really paying attention to what I was eating, and really made healthy living and fitness a priority. I’ve done it all! And I’ve occasionally blogged about it.
